Guided Paddleboard Tours

"The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears, or the sea."
 ~ Isak Dinesen
Experience the magic potion of the sea on a guided paddle tour. Blessed with natural beauty, an abundance
of wildlife and steeped in rich history, the North Oregon Coast is a flatwater paddler’s paradise.

overview

Explore a scenic river, bay or estuary. Capture a slice of life on a houseboat as you meander up the idyllic John Day River. Perhaps follow in the wake of Lewis & Clark and observe wildlife in their natural habitats. Get up close to commercial fishing boats, you may even recognize one from the Deadliest Catch! Hear folklore of sunken treasure as our waters are rife with shipwrecks and stories. Cross paths with a pilot boat and learn about the role of our bar pilots guiding ships across the Graveyard of the Pacific. Catch a colorful sunset over the ocean if mother nature allows. Don’t forget to soak in picture worthy views of our iconic bridge, skyline, Saddle Mountain and the Coastal Range. There is nothing quite like standing on liquid!
